Teachin' in Togo

This year I've had the opportunity to train two local nurses.  Estri and Gratias are both from Togo, and they are learning the in's and out's of being an OR nurse.  This picture was taken at the beginning of the outreach.  Within a few weeks these two were scrubbing and circulating independently in the eye OR's and doing a fantastic job at both!  I've really enjoyed getting to know them and working with them!!!
